CHOOSE YOUR STOREPlace your order and choose Click & Collect. FREE Same Day Click & Collect is available on orders placed by 2pm. Select the store you’d like to collect from on our JD Store Locator and we’ll take care of the rest.

TIME TO COLLECTTracking information won’t be provided for Click & Collect orders – keep an eye on your emails for your order confirmation, and we’ll send you an email and SMS message to let you know when it’s ready to collect!

BRING THE ESSENTIALSTo collect your order, you’ll need to show a member of staff your order confirmation and a form of valid photo ID.

Click & Collect items will be kept in-store for 14 days after they’re ready to collect.

Order by 2pm to get FREE Same Day Click & Collect from your local store. Orders placed after 2pm will be ready to collect the next day, and you’ll be notified when your order is ready to collect.

Your order will be delivered to your chosen store within 3-5 days.
