Returns and Refunds

We understand you might need a little more time over the festive period to return items to us. From Friday 16th October 2020 - Monday 4th January 2021 our refund and exchange policy will be relaxed instore and online. Refunds and exchanges will be given at any time during this period as long as the goods are accompanied with a valid receipt. All other terms and conditions apply.

We are not able to process returns or exchanges in store between 26th and 28th December.

As soon as your return has been received and checked by our warehouse team , we’ll email you to let you know.

In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 working days of returning your items. Contact our Customer Care Team and we’ll help you out. 

Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.

Please allow a further 3-5 days for your refund to show in your account.

Yes, you can return the items to store for free.
Also all online orders can be retur
ned for FREE, using our online returns service through Parcel Motel.

If you've paid by credit or debit card just pop down to one of our JD stores nationwide, take your despatch note and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot take orders paid by PayPal back in store.

FREE returns through Parcel Motel

To return by post via Parcel Motel, simply register on the Parcel Motel website and select "I have a prepaid label for" and choose JD Sports from the dropdown menu. Package the items securely with the returns note and return using the label.

If you've paid by credit or debit card you can pop down to one of our stores nationwide, take your despatch note and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. 

If you've paid using PayPal , Apple Pay, or Android your local store will send your order back to our distribution centre on your behalf so the transaction can be reversed.

Underwear is non-refundable for hygiene reasons.  Swimwear returns will only be accepted if the hygeine seal is still intact. 

Personalised items will only be accepted if the personalisation text is incorrect or if the product is faulty.

We will ordinarily refund the full purchase price together with the standard delivery charge paid as long as we receive your order within the cancellation period. If you chose to pay extra for express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. Please note though that if you want to return only some items but keep the rest of your order, you may not be entitled to a refund of the delivery charge.

If you've ordered through an instore kiosk and would like an exchange or to return an item, you will need to do this instore as we are unable to process exchanges or returns for kiosk orders via our Distribution Centre.

Returns to store are FREE, or you can return it for FREE via our online returns portal with Parcel Motel.
