    Here you'll find details of how your data is processed and who to contact should you still have any questions.

    If you are disputing the delivery of an order and have been asked to complete a Missing Parcel Declaration form, here’s some guidance on completing the form.

     

    In the email you receive from Customer Care, there will be a link to take you to a PDF viewer. You can download the form by clicking on the download icon in the top-right corner.

     

    If you have access to a printer, please print the document and ensure that all fields are completed accurately. Any incomplete fields will delay the investigation. Once complete, the quickest way to return the document is to take a picture of the completed document, attach it to an email and send it to our Customer Care Team.

     

    If you don’t have access to a printer, there are various free apps and programs available to help you add text to the PDF document, simply search for “PDF Editor” and there are many options for your device. Some devices with touchscreens even allow you to add handwritten notes. Again, please ensure all fields are completed before you save the edited document. Next, please attach it to an email and send it back to our Customer Care Team.

     

    If you don’t have access to view the document electronically, please call us and we’ll arrange to post a Missing Parcel Declaration form to you.

     

    Although you may have placed one order, we sometimes split the items across multiple deliveries so we can get them out to you as and when they’re ready. We would require a completed declaration for each delivery you’re disputing, not each order. It’s important that you understand which items were included with each delivery you are disputing. Your declaration is key to starting and completing our investigation.

    We can supply a VAT invoice for your online order when:


    • The order has been delivered
    • You have a valid VAT number
    • We can verify the VAT number
    • The billing details of the order match the address details associated to the VAT number


    If we're unable to validate or match any of the VAT details with the order details, we can supply a despatch note which serves as a proof of purchase. If your order was split we'd supply individual despatch notes for each parcel and the items within that parcel.


    In order to request a VAT invoice, please submit your request, one at a time, via our Contact Us form at https://www.jdsports.ie/customer-service/contact/


    We understand that we may have previously supplied VAT invoices on request however we've updated our process to ensure a due diligence before supplying VAT invoices. 


    Reasons we may reject your VAT Invoice request

    • Multiple requests in one Contact Us form submission
    • The billing details from your order don't match the details associated with your VAT number
    • If we're unable to verify your VAT number
    • If your items were refunded

    If your order has not been delivered yet please follow the below steps.

    1. Check Your Delivery Date.

    You can find your estimated delivery date on your ‘Order Confirmation’ email. Check this date has not yet passed.

    We will let you know via email if an item has not been despatched or has been cancelled, this can be due to it being out of stock. Please check your inbox including Spam/Junk emails. 

    We occasionally split your order into separate parcels to ensure it gets to you quickly. We will let you know when your order is split via email and SMS. We will update you on the progress of your multiple orders throughout. Find out more here.

    2. Track Your Order.

    Check the tracking link we sent in your despatch email to view up to date tracking information. Allow 48 hour after despatch to check.

    3. Check Your Details.


    Sign into your account https://www.jdsports.ie/myaccount/dashboard/to check we have the correct delivery information for your order and that all of your contact details are up to date.


    Check with your neighbours. If you weren't in then the courier may have left the parcel with one of your neighbours. Check in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as in a porch or garden shed.


    4. Contact Us.


    If you still have not received your order and it is passed the estimated delivery date contact our Customer Service team quoting your order number.

     

    FREE and instant returns to store.

    Return your order to stores for FREE and it will be processed at the checkout instantly, your repayment will be made in 3-5 working days depending on your bank. All orders can be returned within 28 days of receiving your item.


    FREE returns online.
    Returns are FREE through our online portal. All orders can be returned within 28 days of receiving the items. Please allow 10 working days for the item to be delivered to the warehouse once posted, and a further 3-5 working days for the return to be processed and credited to your account.

    Exchanges are not available for online orders. You'll need to return the unwanted items and purchase the new items separately.

    It has come to our attention that a very small number of the infants McKenzie tracksuits have a manufacturing defect which results in a sharp edge forming on the plastic poppers at the shoulder of the sweatshirt. This can create a potential scratching hazard.     If the item (s) you've ordered is out of stock at the time of packing your order, we need to cancel it. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refund,depending on your payment method

    €4, or FREE when your orders over €50. Orders take between 2 to 5 working days (does not include Saturday and Sunday). Delivering Monday to Friday only.

    ROI Express 48 Hour Delivery (DHL): €4.99 (Available on Selected Products)

    Order before midnight, and get it within 2 working days (does not include Saturday and Sunday). Delivering Monday to Friday only.

    Delivered to your chosen JD store in 2-4 working days. You will be notified when ready to pick up in store.

    What is a 'working day'? 

    Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

    Simply place your order before 2pm for same day pick up, choose your desired store from the dropdown menu and wait for us to let you know that your order has arrived!

    Please do not travel to store until you receive notification from us. If your chosen store is unable to fulfil your order the same day we may have to delay it to the following day. We will let you know if this happens.

    If you do not collect the goods within 14 days, we will send them back to the warehouse and you will get your money back.

    If you take your order to store they can process it instantly, it may take 2-5 working days to be credited to your account depending on your bank. If you return via our online portal please allow 10 working days for it to arrive at the warehouse and a further 3-5 working days for it to be credited to your account.

    As soon as your return has been received and checked by our warehouse team, we’ll email you to let you know. 

    If you contact Customer Care as soon as possible, within half an hour of placing your order, we may be able to cancel your order.

    If you change your mind you can return it to us for FREE by taking it to one of our stores or by posting it for FREE back to us.

    All orders can be returned online or instore within 28 days for free for a refund only as online exchanges are currently not available.. 

    If you are missing an item from your order, before contacting Customer Care please take the following steps. 

    1. Check Your Emails

    We will let you know via email that an item has not been despatched or cancelled, this can be due to it being out of stock. Please check your inbox including Spam/Junk emails. 

    Please note that we will provide a full refund for any items that have not been sent.

    It can take up to 5 working days (does not include Saturday and Sunday) from when you received the email to get the full refund. Please allow this time before contacting Customer Care.

    2. Check Your Order Status

    Occasionally we send orders in split parcels, we will let you know via email or in your account. Please check your despatch information. Find out more here.

    What is a 'working day'? 

    Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

    All our home delivery orders are trackable. You can track your order Here. You will also have received a despatch email with a tracking link for your order or alternatively you can log in to your account and view the tracking in your order history.

    When we send your despatched email there can sometimes be a delay between this being sent and the carrier receiving the order. As a guide, please allow up to 48 hours for your order information to be visible.

    Click & collect orders are not trackable. You will receive an email once your order reaches the store.

     

    Once the order has been processed an Order Confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within a few hours.

     

    During busy periods the email confirmation can take a little longer to come through, but don’t worry we are working on your order!

     

    Make sure you check your junk and spam inbox, as sometimes it can be there.

    As soon as your return has been received and checked by our warehouse team , we’ll email you to let you know. 

    In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email within 10 working days of returning your items. Contact our Customer Care Team and we’ll help you out.  

    Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned and any delivery reference numbers when you contact us.

    Please allow a further 3-5 days for your refund to show in your account.

    Yes, all returns to store are FREE and the return will be processed instantly.Take your unwanted goods to store with your despatch note.
     

    All orders can be returned online for €1 or instore within 28 days for free. 

     

    Head down to one of our JD stores, take your dispatch note and the goods you want to return, and the store team will be happy to offer you a refund.

    If you're having trouble placing your order, you may need to delete your cookies - a cookie is a small file we store on your computer to let us know who you are next time you visit us. On most internet browsers you can delete your cookies using 'Tools' or 'History'. 

     

    Please note if you have items in your basket that were added when you weren't logged in you'll need to make a note of the product name/code as deleting your cookies could clear this history. 

     

    Once you've cleared your cookies, close your browser, reopen it and visit our site again. You should be able to use it without anymore problems.

    Yes, returns are FREE for all online orders.

    All orders can be returned online for FREE or instore within 28 days for free.

    Include your despatch note and securely package your items before returning.

    We will email you when we have received the item in our warehouse. Your refund will then be in your account within 5 working days.

    Returns are FREE in all stores. 

    What is a ‘working day’?
    Monday-Friday, not including Bank Holidays.

     

    Once an order's been placed we are unable to add, change or amend any products from your order.

    If you wish to return an unwanted item you can send it back for FREE using our returns portal. 

    We have instore kiosk devices where you can order you parcel to be delievery instore or to your home adress. 

    If you selected standard delivery we will email you with a tracking link when the goods have been despatched so you can track the delivery with our courier.

    If you have requested a Collect from Store delivery, once your order has been delivered to the store we will send you an email and SMS message informing you that your order is ready for collection. The delivery time will vary from store to store but it will usually be within a few working days.

    You must return your order to store as we cannot accept returns by the post that are bought through a kiosk. Please do not travel to store until you hear from us. If you need to return your order you will need to return it to store for a full refund.

    During busy periods confirmation emails may take longer than expected but please be assured we are working on your order!
